NO, Cash payments are NOT accepted under any circumstances. Calibee commits to refunds or flexible support in the case of valid customer requests. 

Full payment is required in advance via local bank transfer WISE, or Visa/ MasterCard for Calibee to confirm and reserve the service, ensuring timely and accurate staff arrangement.

Since hourly babysitting services are highly flexible, short-term, and require quick responses, prepayment helps smooth the operation and prevents last-minute cancellations or schedule changes that could affect both customers and staff.

Yes. Calibee offers Hotel Babysitting & Travel Nanny services at most major tourist destinations across Vietnam. If your trip takes you through multiple cities, Calibee can arrange nannies with consistent, professional quality and standardized training in each location.

Calibee keeps this deliberately flexible, because a family on holiday should never have to argue about a booking.

If you need to cancel

– If canceled while Calibee is still searching for a babysitter: 100% refund.

If a babysitter has already been assigned:

– Cancel at least 24h before the shift: 50% refund.

– Cancel within 24h of the shift: No refund, a 50% service value voucher will be provided.

– If the babysitter arrives but cannot reach the parent within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time: Service is canceled with no refund or reschedule.

If you are not happy with your babysitter

Free replacement. Not comfortable with your babysitter, for any reason? Message our 24/7 support team and we will assign a different babysitter — the same day where a sitter is available nearby, otherwise for your next session — at no extra cost.

Unused hours refunded. If a babysitter does not perform to Calibee’s standard and you decide to end the session early, you pay only for the hours actually worked. All unused hours are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 working days, and the 3-hour minimum does not apply.

No paperwork. Just report it on the Calibee app or hotline within 24 hours of the session — our support team takes care of the rest.

We would rather refund a few hours than have you spend your holiday worrying.

You may reschedule at least 24 hours before the shift. An administrative fee of 50,000 VND will apply, and the booking value will be updated based on the latest pricing.

Calibee understands that children may be unfamiliar with new people or environments. Our babysitters will spend the first 15–20 minutes building rapport, and parents are encouraged to stay and help with the adjustment.

If the session cannot proceed and ends early, Calibee only charges a minimum service fee (1 hour) and transportation cost.

No — please don’t worry about it. Calibee babysitters eat before their shift and bring their own food and drinks for longer sessions, so there is no need to order room service, share your family’s meal, or set anything aside for them. Our team is trained never to ask guests for food. If you would like to offer something, it is entirely your choice.

Yes. Most families don’t need to, since Calibee already matches each babysitter to your children’s ages and needs. But if you’d like to talk with them first, that’s completely understandable.

Once you’ve agreed on the quote and confirmed your schedule and payment terms, we’ll send you the babysitter’s profile and set up a 30-minute online interview. The support fee is 250K VND (excl. VAT), deducted from your total when you confirm the booking.

If the babysitter isn’t the right fit, we’ll introduce another one at no extra charge.
