Full payment is made in advance via local bank transfer, WISE, or Visa/MasterCard so Calibee can confirm and hold your babysitter’s schedule, ensuring staff are arranged on time and correctly. Because hourly babysitting is flexible, short-term and needs fast responses, prepayment keeps operations smooth and limits last-minute cancellations or changes that affect both families and babysitters.

Q: How far in advance should I book in Phu Quoc?

Book early to lock in your babysitter. To keep everything in order and avoid last-minute unavailability, we recommend: – High season (November–April, Tết and the summer holidays): book 1–2 months in advance — babysitters on the island fill up fast. – Low season (May–October): 1–4 weeks is usually enough. Booking early also gives us time to confirm your resort’s access rules and match a babysitter who fits your child’s age and routine.

Q: Can I see the babysitter's profile and interview them before booking?

Yes. Most families don’t need to, since Calibee already matches each babysitter to your children’s ages and needs. But if you’d like to talk with them first, that’s completely understandable. Once you’ve agreed on the quote and confirmed your schedule and payment terms, we’ll send you the babysitter’s profile and set up a 30-minute online interview. The support fee is 250K VND (excl. VAT) , deducted from your total when you confirm the booking. If the babysitter isn’t the right fit, we’ll introduce another one at no extra charge.

Calibee understands your child may be shy with new people or places. The babysitter spends the first 15–20 minutes getting acquainted and playing together while you are still there.

If the session has to end early, you only pay a 1-hour minimum plus the travel fee.
