Can I reschedule a booking?

You can reschedule the service time at least 24 hours in advance, a 20.000 VND administrative fee will be charged for each rescheduling request and the job value will change according to the service fee at that time. You can request on the Calibee app or call the hotline 1900999965.

Can I file a complaint if I find the costs to be unreasonable and lack of transparency?

You have the absolute right to make a complaint if you find that service costs are unreasonable or lack transparency. We always have an estimated price range for all services clearly displayed on the Calibee app before you book a service.

In addition, after completing the service, you will receive a detailed invoice clearly stating each incurred cost. If you have any questions about the invoice, please contact Calibee’s customer service department for prompt assistance and resolution.

Within 1 year from the time of booking the service, if the cost is unreasonable and non-transparent, Calibee will issue a 100% refund and compensate you with an amount equivalent to the amount you paid.

Is wall preparation (filling cracks, waterproofing, scraping old paint) included in the painting package or charged separately?

Basic surface preparation such as cleaning walls and filling small cracks and nail holes is usually included in the unit price. However, specialist work such as waterproofing, removing all old paint, or treating large areas of mould and peeling is a separate item and will be quoted separately. After the survey, the technician will list clearly what is included and what costs extra, so you can decide before work begins.
