Material costs are calculated based on market prices at the time of purchase. Depending on the availability of materials, Calibee applies the following cases:

• Common materials (readily available): Market price + 10–15% (including a 6-month at-home warranty) + purchasing/shipping fee of VND 50,000–150,000 per order.

• Hard-to-find or discontinued materials: Calibee will provide a quotation based on actual supply, and additional sourcing/ordering/importing fees may apply (with an estimated waiting time).

• Exact replacement unavailable: Calibee will propose equivalent materials or replacement by set/module to ensure safety and compatibility. Any replacement will be carried out only after customer confirmation.

Yes. The on-site visit and basic inspection fee is VND 150,000. This covers the technician coming to your location, checking the actual condition, and providing you with a detailed quotation.

Please note: the visit fee covers a basic inspection only and does not include specialized or time-intensive checks (over 20 minutes), such as air-conditioner leak checks or detecting faults in concealed electrical/water systems. Additional fees may apply for specialized inspections, and Calibee will inform you in advance before proceeding.

Our technical services are categorized based on the scope of inspection and the corresponding warranty policy, to ensure transparency and suitability for each customer’s needs.

By default, all service requests are handled under Quick Check & Fix, unless the customer requests a different service level in advance.

1. Quick Check & Fix – Default

• Quick inspection based on the symptoms reported by the customer.

• Fixes obvious, visible, and easily accessible issues.

• Suitable for urgent cases or when optimizing initial cost.

• Warranty:

• No end-to-end warranty.

• Only guarantees that the performed work was technically correct at the time of service.

2. Full Check & Repair

• Inspection of multiple items directly related to the issue.

• Broader scope compared to Quick Check.

• Reduces the risk of recurrence compared to Quick Check.

• Warranty:

• Warranty applies only within the scope of inspected and repaired items.

• Does not cover causes arising outside the inspected areas.

3. Comprehensive Check & Repair

• Inspection of the entire system related to the issue.

• May require disassembly and deeper inspection.

• Longer working time and higher cost compared to other service levels.

• Warranty:

• Warranty applies according to policy.

• Warranty is based on the identified root cause and the agreed repair solution.

Summary:

• Quick Check (default): Fast response, lower cost, no end-to-end warranty.

• Full Check: Broader inspection with limited-scope warranty.

• Comprehensive Check: Permanent solution with warranty included.

To receive full warranty coverage, customers are advised to choose Comprehensive Check & Repair from the beginning.

The warranty period is applied based on the level of repair and the scope of work performed.

• Minor repairs: 7-day workmanship warranty.

• Medium repairs: 30-day workmanship warranty.

• Renovation and repair projects: 90-day workmanship warranty.

Note: Materials and equipment supplied by Calibee come with a minimum 3-month warranty. The specific warranty period may vary depending on the type of materials or equipment and will be communicated prior to installation.
