What does our service
include?
Hospital care:
Calibee provides hospital care for patients requiring long-term care. Our workers will take good care of patients, help improve their mental health, assist with personal activities, hygiene, administer medication, monitor health status and other medical conditions survival index. Having someone to share and be there will help the patient feel secure and can recover faster.
Post-operative care:
For patients recovering from surgery, the first few days are physically and mentally challenging. During the stay at home, our workers will ensure that the patient is given the right diet, enough sleep, and the proper medication as prescribed by his or her doctor. At the same time, we also keep close contact with reputable medical facilities to always be ready to support patients in any situation.
Hospice:
For terminally ill patients, seeing them go through this painful period can be extremely desperate and stressful. Our services are personalized to help patients cope with daily challenges, improving the quality of life for themselves and their families. Besides, we apply therapies such as massage, daily massage to help patients reduce pain.
Calibee's Nursing Staff Role
- Taking care of the sick and caring for them
- Make friends, chat, and share so that the patient doesn't feel lonely
- Support the patient to eat and rest according to the doctor's regime
- Meal prep (if needed)
- Manage prescriptions, support patients to take medicine on time
- Basic cleaning
- Disposal of waste when the patient cannot move
- Support the patient to walk and exercise
- Massage painful areas
- Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure and breathing rate)
- Assist in transporting patients for examination and handling administrative procedures at the Hospital
- Take role as a connection between doctors, patients and families, ensuring all patient health information is communicated to both sides to receive support when needed.
Benefits of home-care
There are numerous advantages to receiving home health care. Besides being more convenient than staying at hospital, nursing care at home also helps patients recover earlier. According to research, patients tend to recover faster when surrounded by their loved ones.
We ensure the diet and nutrition prescribed by the doctor. A nurse can assist you with meal preparation if needed.
We provide one-on-one care and support. Wherever the patient is, they will receive attentive care.
Home care also helps manage chronic health conditions to avoid unnecessary hospitalization.
Service out of our scope:
- Our nurses are not domestic helpers. They do not do housework nor take care of pets or other family members. If you need certain support, please refer to other domestic help services of Calibee
- We only provide the medical support mentioned above, other special treatments that require specific medical equipment must be consulted with and performed by a medical specialist.
- Any special medical requirements of the family or the patient must be consulted with the consent of the treating physician; our worker is only responsible for providing support and does not hold decision-making power.
- Our workers only accept patients who already have a treatment regimen and a course of medication prescribed by the hospital/doctor. We do not arbitrarily provide medicine and medical advice in any case.
- Our workers are well-trained and proficient in first-aid procedures, but in case of need, we will have to transfer the patient to the nearest medical facility for closer monitoring.
Background Checks & Intensive Training
All caregivers undergo thorough background checks and receive training in patient care, basic first aid skills, abnormal sign monitoring, and friendly, respectful communication.
Safety & Health Assurance
We implement identity verification, health status monitoring, and regular recording to ensure patients are always cared for safely and attentively.

Calibee’s team of patient care caregivers is carefully selected, experienced, and extensively trained in caregiving. We ensure that all caregivers have the appropriate knowledge and skills for caregiving and undergo regular health check-ups to ensure they are free from infectious diseases.
For the Premium patient care service, caregivers are trained nurses who have completed formal training programs and have at least 2 years of experience.
Currently, Calibee only provides services from 8 AM to 6 PM. Outside of these hours, additional charges will apply. You can request care services on an hourly or shift basis, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes, we provide patient care services in hospitals. We act as a bridge between doctors, the patient, and their families to ensure that your loved ones receive the best possible care.
For patient individuals with health issues, Calibee’s caregivers can assist in medication management and reminder, as well as providing comfort measures such as pain relief massages. However, we do not perform any invasive medical procedures (e.g., injections, infusions).

– Please provide detailed information, including the destination, departure and return times, reason for the outing, and any health-related notes.
– Calibee recommends using ride-hailing services, taxis, or family cars with private drivers to ensure safety.
– Personal vehicles owned by employees (e.g., motorbikes) should not be used.
– Any additional costs (e.g., transportation, meals, emergencies) will be covered by you.
