What’s the difference between Deep Cleaning and Basic Cleaning?
Basic cleaning maintains a home that is already clean — floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen tops — on a weekly rhythm. Deep cleaning resets it: baseboards, windowsills, blinds, light fittings, grout, appliance interiors and everything behind the furniture, with the time and the products that detail work actually needs.
Moving in or out is a third job again. An empty home is cleaned to a different standard, because someone is going to inspect it.
What does deep cleaning services of Calibee include?
After completing all tasks included in the standard cleaning service, Calibee takes extra care of the smallest yet most noticeable details to keep your home impeccably tidy and clean.
Living room:
Apart from dusting and mopping the floor, our professionals clean the curtains, lampshades, fan, doors/windows, and chandelier (upon request). Additionally, the ornaments are also cleaned and neatly arranged.
Kitchen:
We scrub and sanitize tables and counters in addition to cleaning all the difficult-to-reach and frequently-forgotten areas like the sides of the cooking range, the area above the cabinets, under the sink, and under all the appliances. All of the kitchen appliances, including the dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven, are thoroughly cleaned by our professionals.
Bathroom:
All surfaces and floors will be wiped down and sanitized. We make sure all toilets, tubs, and showers are scrubbed and disinfected. The wall will be cleaned up, including the yellow stains. Specialized cleaning products can be used to remove calcium or soap scum deposits that have built up on glass mirrors over time.
Bedroom:
All electrical appliances in the bedroom like the light, fan, etc are thoroughly cleaned. The windows are dusted and cleaned with microfiber. Mirrors and floors are also scrubbed and cleaned properly. Depending on the customer's request, Calibee's experts can also make a bed like a hotel housekeeper and fold clothes and organize closets in the Marie Kondo style.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is not included in the deep cleaning package?
– Pressure washing the garage & inner yard
– Cleaning exterior windows at heights that require a ladder
If needed, our staff will advise on an add-on service package to meet your requirements.
Why is deep cleaning priced per hour instead of a flat package?
Because two apartments of the same size can differ by several hours of work — depending on how long it has been since the last deep clean, how much furniture has to be moved, and how much grease and scale have built up. Hourly pricing means you pay for the condition of your home, not an average. Send us photos or a short video and we will give you a fixed estimate before we start. Minimum 4 hours per session.
Do I need to provide the tools and supplies for the deep cleaning service?
You should prepare and provide the following cleaning items:
– Tools: brush, dish sponge, glass wiper, multi-purpose cloths, broom, mop.
– Detergents: multi-purpose cleaning cream, floor/glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, dishwashing liquid.
