APP OVERVIEW

Calibee is committed to providing the most professional, quality, and reliable home/office cleaning services. To help you save time and for your convenience, you can refer to the common questions we have compiled.

We mainly serve areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other cities such as Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An. In the future, Calibee will develop and expand to other cities as soon as possible.

You can sign in to the Calibee app on your mobile device.

Step 1: Select the service you need in the service list.

Step 2: Enter job details.

Step 3: Enter contact information and payment method.

Step 4: Confirm and finish.

You can pay by debit card/ATM/cash or e-wallet (MoMo, ZaloPay, ViettelPay) when using the services on the Calibee app.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

After installing the application, please click on the application fields to add the necessary information such as your full name, phone number, email (if any), and residential or business address. We will send a confirmation code by text message to your phone number. After that, please proceed to set the password and click “Finish”. And you’re all set to use our services.

Go to the App Store or Google Play (depending on your device), go to the search bar, type “Calibee” and download the app.

Go to the account section, click the “Personal info update” section and remember to click the “Save changes” button after editing the information.

Simply click on the “Forgot Password” section on the login page and enter the phone number or email you use for your account. We will send you instructions to reset your password.

TRUST & SAFETY

The service prices are transparently displayed on the app; on Tet holidays, in particular, prices will be subject to change due to high demand. In addition, service prices vary depending on time (during or outside office hours), frequency, area, and customer requirements.

You can contact the worker directly using the contact information we have provided on the app or you can contact us for more information. Please contact us via the hotline for more information.

We recommend you to purchase and provide cleaning tools and supplies. If not available, our contractor will purchase them for you at the nearest supermarket and will charge a fee of 50.000 VND per purchase.

Several cleaning supplies will be needed in office cleaning:

– Tools: brush, dishwashing sponge, glass cleaning tool, multi-purpose cleaning cloth, broom, mop.

– Cleaning supplies: multi-purpose cleaning cream, floor/glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, dishwashing liquid.

Applied for Basic Cleaning and Deep Cleaning

1) One-off service

– Cancel after submitting the job and Calibee is searching for helpers: refund 100% fee, a 30.000vnd administrative fee will be charged.

After helpers have accepted the job:

– Cancel at least 24 hours in advance: refund 100% fee, a 70.000vnd administrative fee will be charged.

– Cancel around 01 to 24 hours in advance: no refund, Calibee provide voucher 80% fee of the canceled job for your next use.

– Cancel within 01 hours in advance: no refund, Calibee provide voucher 50% fee of the canceled job for your next use.

– On the service day, if the helpers arrive and cannot reach the customer, after 30 minutes of waiting: your service order will be canceled and there will be no refund or rescheduling.

2) Subscription service

Cancel after submitting the job and Calibee is searching for helpers: refund 100% fee, a 30.000vnd administrative fee will be charged.

Cancel jobs after helpers have accepted: no refund

– Cancel at least 24 hours in advance: Calibee provide voucher 80% fee of the canceled job, a 70.000vnd administrative fee will be charged.

– Cancel around 01 to 24 hours in advance: Calibee provide voucher 80% fee of the canceled job.

– Cancel within 01 hours in advance: Calibee provide voucher 50% fee of the canceled job.

– On the service day, if the workers arrive and cannot reach the customer, after 30 minutes of waiting: your service order will be canceled and there will be no refund or rescheduling.

Cancel the Subscripion service package: Calibee will refund the amount of unused jobs. Refund the total amount of unused jobs minus 20% of the original package value.

You can reschedule the service time at least 24 hours in advance, a 50.000vnd administrative fee will be charged for each rescheduling request and the job value will change according to the service fee at that time.

If something goes wrong such as breakage, damage, or loss of property, please report and let us know what happened so we can provide a reasonable solution.
You can report by 2 options:

Option 1. Report directly to the workers

Customers can complain about the service quality directly with the workers, in this case the workers are responsible for resolving the complaint and responding to the customer according to the worker commitment.

Option 2. Report to Calibee company

Please report and send the incident details to Calibee’s customer support via message on the website Calibee within 24 hours since the service completed to get support. In case you need urgent assistance, please call the hotline 1900999965.

Customers need to attach when sending reports: detailed information about the incident, timelines, relevant evidence such as images, video output from the camera (if any).

We always strive to meet your needs with cleaning staff who will take care of your home the way we take care of our own. Whenever you schedule recurring services, we will try to send the same staff to clean your home if possible. If the staff is absent, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement. Please rest assured that each of our cleaning professionals is highly trained and technically qualified to ensure that the quality of work is thorough and consistent.

No, you just need to support the cleaning staff in entering your home or company to be able to do the job. However, if that makes you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaners are reliable and friendly, though they work on a schedule, so please make sure to give them enough space to get the job done.
